​THE ENGINE;
The engine is the Original Horning GMC 270 C.I.D. with 12 Port Iron Heads.
The engine was developed for the Don Lee Bonneville Streamliner.
All the Front Ancillary Drive is original. Roller Cams were developed by Chet Herbert. The Fuel Injection is Hilborn.

CAR WAS REPAINTED BACK TO THE COLOR WHEN IT RAN AT DEL MAR IN 1949,  WITH NEAL CARTER ABOARD.
Car include chrome Dayton wire wheels 15 inch fronts and 16 inch rears.
Car includes the Von Dutch Car Sign.
